The AMP-150 Genesis Amplifier Stand by Ultimate Support features a position-locking, tripod design with long rubberized hooks on which to rest your amp. It weighs only 3.1 lbs, folds up with ease and, and holds up to 75 lbs.

An oustanding feature of this stand is the included mic boom attachment. The top tube has mic boom threads so there is no need to carry an extra mic stand. It has three tilt positions to accommodate the audience or band.
